Castle Rock Bulldogs! How we began...
Hi! I had never even heard of a "mini" bulldog... Years ago before I started Castle Rock Bulldogs, I had 2 bulldogs, Freckles and Meatball... People kept saying it was too bad that Meatball was so small...I was raising them up as pets in my home and I kept having a desire for a tiny little bulldog to name "Tinkerbell" and I found her....well, she was my little baby, and I carried her everywhere and slept with her, and treated her, well, like my little baby...everyone kept saying she was a "mini bulldog" and she was much too small...but I LOVED HER... finally, I googled, "mini bulldog" and accepted my fate...that I love them small and other people do too. That was about the time that I realized that I wanted to bring this joy into other people's lives...So I started Castle Rock Bulldogs! I have bred and owned many animals in my life, but no dog has ever touched me in the way that the english bulldog has. They are lovable and lazy, and they love their people...to my dogs I am a superstar, they act like my biggest fans! There is no greater joy than the unconditional love of a child, or a bulldog. My bulldogs love to play ball, or tug on a rope, they love to play in water on a hot summer day, they love hugs and kisses, and riding in the car...when we go out, it's clear that "they" are the superstars, everyone wants to meet them and ask a bunch of questions about them...when they find out about progesterone testing, c-sections, and around the clock feedings of newborns, then they understand that operating Castle Rock Bulldogs is a very difficult thing to do, it is truly a labor of love, and I'm more than happy to do it!
Melissa Riley...Castle Rock Bulldogs Please note...we do not breed minis exclusively, we also breed standard sized bulldogs as well, our smallest bulldog is 32 lbs. are largest is 70 lbs. that is quite a huge size difference!

His knowledge of bulldogs is extensive, and is always available to anyone that has any questions at all about their puppies throughout their lives. STUD SERVICE-
We offer stud service! You can have chilled semen shipped directly to your vet, or you can bring your female to our home to be bred by us. You can leave her with us for a week, or bring her back every-other day for three days.
stud service-$700.00
cost of housing for 1 week for breeding-$100.00 extra.
cost of shipping semen-$100.00 each sample extra. If your female fails to get pregnant, you will get the next stud service free, but will be required to pay for the shipping, or the one week housing at that time. Thanks, Melissa and Robert
