A $500.00 deposit is required to hold a Castle Rock Bulldogs puppy, and to reserve a future puppy. All deposits are non-refundable, if you make a deposit on a future litter and something happens that prevents puppies from being born, which occasionally happens with mother nature but is not common, you will be expected to choose from another upcoming Castle Rock Bulldogs litter, or other current available puppies. If you are not comfortable with this DO NOT make a deposit. All puppies whether bred at our home or our partner's homes are all from champion bloodlines and many are the same bloodlines, as we have purchased many of our own bullies from our partners and vice versa! Many of our partner's females are being bred with Castle Rock Bulldogs males, if you are looking for a specific color, size, sex we do our very best to accomodate you. No puppy is chosen for you, you always get to decide which puppy you want. All puppies can be seen at our home. If you would like to visit Castle Rock Bulldogs before your puppy is ready to go, just call us at 330-858-4488 OR 330-714-8697 to let us know that you are coming, so we can make sure we do not step out during that time. We always welcome everyone to come visit if they can. We also do videos as the puppies grow, they can be seen by going to our Castle Rock Bulldogs Youtube channel! Full payment of your puppy before pick-up, delivery, or shipment is required, NO EXCEPTIONS! If you fail to pay for your Castle Rock Bulldogs puppy by 6 weeks of age, unless Robert or Melissa have talked to you and stated otherwise, that puppy will be sold to another party, and your deposit can be transferred to another litter of your choice. All puppies come with first shots, vet check-up, dewormings, written health guarantee against any life threatening genetic defects, and AKC registration papers. A puppy is NOT sold with a guarantee of being a champion, or with a guarantee of being a "breeder" We can only state that the pups come from champion bloodlines. If you live too far, we do ship, the cost for shipping in the U.S. is $350.00, Alaska and Canada may be slightly more. We do allow people whom have made deposits, or are wanting to place a deposit, to come visit our dogs and puppies, however, if you have not researched the breed, and are not sure if the breed is right for you, we unfortunately will not spend hours trying to convince you to purchase a Castle Rock Bulldogs puppy. Bulldogs are in a special class all their own, we are always happy to discuss the breed with anyone by telephone or email. The deposit separates serious inquiries from curious on-lookers, and therefore a deposit is required to be on our waiting list. If you are on our waiting list, you will see pictures of available puppies when they arrive on our website and Castle Rock Bulldogs facebook page. You may email us, and we will be happy to attach all the photos of your puppy and send them to you. When you receive your puppy, you will get a written health guarantee, your AKC registration papers, shot records, and a small bag of Life's Abundance dog food. PUPPY CHECK LIST;
Before puppy comes home..
Before your puppy arrives, you will need to find a reputable vetrinarian, knowledgable about english bulldogs. You will need to order your NuVet vitamins, and Life's Abundance dog food (in the 8 lb. bag) Do not order a larger bag, it will not be fresh by the time it is empty. Please note, if you order on "auto shipment" you will get a discounted price! Make sure you order treats for your puppy as well! You should take this opportunity to order shampoo, eye and ear cleaner, and anything else that interests you from Life's Abundance, so that you have it on hand when your puppy comes home! You will also need bowls, a bed, and crate, if you plan to crate train as we recommend. Get information on the proper care of the english bulldog.
AFTER PUPPY ARRIVES...
This is the time to measure for a collar, and pick up a collar and leash for your bully, start using it now so he, or she, gets used to it. Always have fresh water available for your puppy, even when crated! Feed as directed by Life's Abundance, and give your puppy half of a NuVet Vitamin per day, until it exceeds 20 lbs. Make sure not to leave puppy in the crate for too long, and make sure you get the largest crate available! Make your vet appointment within 3 working days of your new baby's arrival! Make sure you take your shot record with you to the vet! Have your puppy wormed at your initial visit, and one more time two weeks later. Do not take your puppy around other dogs, until the vaccinations are completed at 16 weeks. By this time, you will need to increase to the 13 lb. Life's abundance dog food, as your puppy is now eating much more. You should also be increasing the NuVet vitamin from a half tablet per day, to a full tablet per day! By the time your puppy is 6 months old, you may need to purchase the 40 lb. bag of Life's Abundance, your bully will be eating much more.
